peru and ecuador photos 12:52 AM

i finely got the peru and ecuador pictures up, i broke peru up in to the different areas because i had so many. you can have a look under the menu item "places" above. i had to redo the menu a bit because i was running out of levels, the space for the menu only can go down 4 levels. i may need to think about rewriting it soon. let me know what you think of the pictures, it was a great time.

florida seals 9:41 AM

went to a florida seals hockey game last night and i was a lot of fun. we set in a box right up against the glass and man when the guys slam into it makes you jump, that and the puck flying into the glass. though next time i need to bring a jacket not sure what i was thinking they do play on ice but i froze my ass off.

french lop rabbit 3:49 PM

so i have been looking for the next addition to the family for a while now a french lop rabbit. That is rabbit with floppy ears that will get to be around 10 pounds. that way i figure he can hang with menou and atlas. so anyways i had no idea when i stared looking that it would be so hard to find a french lop rabbit. but nearly all the floppy eared rabbits up for adoption are holand lops and only get to be 5 pounds. but last night i found two breeders one of which as some now. of course the hard work may begin when i get him and have to litter box train him. he so going to be so cool.

eragon 10:19 PM

saw the eragon movie tonight and well it was good i guess though it is not what i was hoping for. they changed so much from the book and cut so much out. it felt like the whole time the movie was rushing to create relationships and set up the plot. it was no lord of the rings, but those set a high bar. basically they need to spend a bit more money one actors and make the movie a half hour longer. see it though if you are a fantasy fan.

shopping 8:04 PM

i am nearly done with all my christmas shopping finely. spent a good part of the day walking and driving around the malls being a good consumer and spending my money. all the crowds stress me out thank goodness this is only once a year.

a prairie home companion 6:30 PM

i watched the movie a prairie home companion this weekend. i though it was well done and i enjoyed it, but i am not sure if it would be as funny and enjoyable if you are not a fan of the radio show and know the back stories. it has some good jokes in it my favorite being:

there are two penguins standing on an ice flow and one penguin says to the other, "you look like you are wearing a tuxedo." the other penguin replies, "what makes you think i am not?"

just thought i would share that with you.

embedded flash movies 10:13 AM

so as you can see last night i got the embedded flash movies working. so i just wanted to let anyone know who cares what products i used. the flash player is flowplayer it is a free open source project on source forge and is very configurable. the encoder i used to convert my avi's to flv format for the flash player is a free product by riva that can be down loaded here. enjoy.
